Rabbinical students in Jerusalem from different denominations and countries are invited to a weekend retreat from October 27-29, 2016, at the Shalom Hartman Institute to study Jewish Values and the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.

The seminar will include three components:

  • Study sessions on the theme of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, taught through a Hartman values-based perspective
  • Traditional Torah text study
  • Processing sessions, which will complement the learning and will serve as a platform for participants to reflect on the experience in Israel

The seminar will begin on Thursday afternoon and end on Motzai Shabbat. Registration fee of $50 includes educational program, printed source material, meals, and snacks.
