Is there a Jewish political tradition? This is the question to be explored May 21 at a panel discussion in Tel Aviv. The context of this question is the recently published Hebrew version of "The Jewish Political Tradition: Authority, Volume 1."
 
Speakers include co-editors Menachem Lorberbaum and Noam  J. Zohar. Session moderator is Yedidya Stern, co-editor of the Shalom Hartman Institute "Israel and Judaism" book series. The discussion, to be held at Bet Ariella at 7:30 pm, will be held in Hebrew.
