Shalom Hartman Institute is launching a new website that is being designed to take advantage of the rich archival and fresh scholarship, presentations and thinking of the Institute in an up-to-date, multimedia fashion.
The new website will present an updated and dynamic face to the online visitors to Shalom Hartman Institute.
The new website will feature thought-provoking opinion pieces on a variety of burning issues in Israel and the Jewish world by Shalom Hartman Institute’s leaders, Rabbi Professor David Hartman and Rabbi Dr. Donniel Hartman, as well as numerous scholars from within the Shalom Hartman Institue. David and Donniel Hartman and Shalom Hartman Institute fellows will be commenting on timely and timeless issues of interest to the Jewish people in Israel and in the Diaspora.
In addition, the new Shalom Hartman Institute website will feature updates of current activities, comprehensive essays presenting the cutting edge of modern Judaic scholarship and video presentations from recent and past lectures, courses and programs.
The new website will also grant Shalom Hartman Institute constituents – rabbis, lay leaders, Jewish educators and theologians worldwide – access to our vast range of educational materials, including books, journals, and articles, as well as numerous digital resources, such as audio and video programming.
