Series Based on Hartman Institute Lectures Premieres on American Cable TV Network

‘Rethinking Judaism’ will air on Shalom TV, available in the US and Canada, throughout September

A series of TV programs based on Shalom Hartman Institute video lectures will air on Shalom TV, North America’s Jewish television cable network covering the panorama of Jewish life, throughout September 2011. More than 40 million homes in the United States and Canada with cable television now have access to the free Jewish television service.
 
The series, titled "Rethinking Judaism," is part of Shalom TV’s free Video on Demand network, which is available as free Video on Demand on virtually every cable system in the United States. Programs in the series will feature Institute President Rabbi Dr. Donniel Hartman , Institute vice president Rabbi Dr. Rachel Sabath Beit-Halachmi , and other Institute scholars. Shalom TV is carried as a free Video on Demand network to all digital cable customers on participating providers such as Cablevision, Comcast, Cox, RCN, Rogers, Time Warner Cable, and Verizon FiOS.
